At Jellico’s, located inside The Westin Southlake, our culinary vision is evolving into a bold celebration of Texas smokehouse traditions infused with the vibrant flavors and techniques of Mexico. Rooted in fire, smoke, and regional ingredients, our menus will honor the rich culinary heritage and crossovers of both cultures while embracing a modern, chef-driven approach.

Executive Chef Calixta Reyes and Executive Sous Chef Jorge Mota lead the culinary team with creativity, authenticity, and a deep respect for the flavors that define Texas and Mexico.
